SOLEX EXCLUSIVE HOTEL RATES

For the second consecutive year, we have secured special rates for exhibitors and visitors attending SOLEX 2025.

These special rates are at the following prime hotels located at the NEC: The Crown Plaza, The Moxy, Holiday Inn and The Genting.

£100 per room, per night, with breakfast included on 7th, 8th and 9th July 2025.

These rates are available for bookings from 1st – 31st March, 2025, with limited number of rooms offered on a first-come first-served basis.

Crowne Plaza NEC

Crowne Plaza is a stylish hotel five minutes walk from the NEC and 5 min drive from Birmingham airport and train station. It offers comfortable rooms and on-site restaurants.

£100 per night, per room including breakfast.

PLEASE NOTE: The amount to be settled by the guest will need to be paid direct upon arrival to the hotel.

Card details will be taken for guarantee only at the time of booking. Any cancellations after 6th May 2025 will be chargeable.

The booking links show the room rates at £159 from 5th – 10th July however they will only charge the £100 per night for the 7th, 8th and 9th July as indicated above. The bookings will be manually adjusted and charged correctly.

Moxy Birmingham NEC

Moxy Birmingham NEC is a stylish hotel just moments from the NEC and Resorts World, where guests can enjoy a variety of restaurants and shops.

PLEASE NOTE: At the cut-off date of 6th May the bookings become non-refundable and non-cancellable. If a guest card is declined an attempt to contact the guest to retrieve new card details will be made, if unsuccessful the booking will be cancelled by the hotel.

Any cancellations after 6th May will not be refunded, any additions to their stay after 6th May will be on guests own account, to be charged on same card.

Genting Hotel

The £100 per room offer is valid from 7^th to 9^th July 2025, but rooms are subject to availability and this exclusive rate ends on 31st March 2025. Shoulder nights are available for all hotels on the 5th, 6th, and 10th of July but these are not included in the £100 special offer. These dates will require payment of the standard room rate. We suggest booking them directly with the hotel at the same time as the special offer nights.
