It’s an exciting year for Char-Broil at SOLEX – the BBQ innovator will be unveiling its latest grills for 2025, introducing the new UK sales team and providing BBQ tastings and Chef’s Masterclasses in the Cooking Demo area.
Char-Broil’s SOLEX stand will focus on the electric grilling trend – specifically the SMART-E and EVOLVE series which redefine standards in electric grill quality and power and bring precision and simplicity to BBQ cooking.
With the introduction of AppControl, EVOLVE offers the smartest way to operate the grill remotely so users can relax and enjoy time away from the BBQ with the reassurance that the food will be cooked to perfection. The App works with the EVOLVE’s two precise, independently-controlled grill zones and two in-built temperature-monitoring probes to ensure precision, and offers guided recipes and step-by-step grill-setting guides for the best cooking results. The addition of Char-Broil’s patented innovative TRU-Infrared™ Technology guarantees 50% juicer results.
For those who appreciate the tradition of grilling, fear not – Char-Broil’s new Performance Line 2025 will also be ready to explore on the Char-Broil stand. The re-designed Performance is a high quality range with extensive versatility at a great price point.
On Tuesday 9th and Wednesday 10th July, Char-Broil’s onsite BBQ chef, the outdoor cooking expert Keith Greig will be demonstrating the impressive performance and results achievable on a range of Char-Broil BBQ grills. He’ll be offering delicious BBQ tasters to visitors to the Cooking Demo Area between 11am and 2.30pm each day. There will also be BBQ Masterclass sessions between 2-3pm each day, with BBQ Food & Wine Pairing and gourmet prizes.
“We’re excited to be at Solex 2024 with a new team in place and a really impressive product line-up,” says Ian Clifford, Char-Broil General Sales Manager, UK & Ireland: “we look forward to introducing our customers to our new range and enjoying some delicious BBQ tastings with them too.”
Also present at the Show will be Char-Broil’s new European managing director, Frerk Petersen, who has extensive experience in the outdoor living sector and previously worked for Char-Broil’s parent company W C Bradley.
